Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AR Specialist (Medical Billing) based in Lahore. The AR Specialist will handle day-to-day billing operations, manage denials, ensure accurate coding using ICD-10, and work with insurance companies and Medicare to streamline the billing process. Responsibilities also include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare billing practices, resolving billing issues, and optimizing revenue cycle management.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and application of Medical Terminology and ICD-10
  • Experience managing Denials and working with Insurance companies
  • Familiarity with Medicare billing practices
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Proficiency with relevant billing software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
