Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer
with
6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience
in web and mobile application testing. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, with a focus on ensuring product quality through effective testing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute test cases for web and mobile applications
  • Perform manual testing to identify bugs, UI/UX issues, and performance bottlenecks
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure product quality
  • Log, track, and report bugs using tools like JIRA, Trello, or Bugzilla
  • Conduct regression testing, functional testing, and cross-platform/device testing
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to release planning and QA strategies
  • Ensure applications meet performance, security, and accessibility standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
    in SQA (manual testing is mandatory, automation is a plus)
  • Basic understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with testing tools like Postman, Selenium, Appium, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
