Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced 
Sr. Backend Developer + AWS)
 to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend development, database management, and cloud-native applications. This role is focused on building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain backend services using (JavaScript/TypeScript).
  • Design and manage RESTful APIs (GraphQL knowledge is a plus).
  • Work with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
  • Build and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS services (CloudFormation, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM).
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and security across backend systems.
  • Collaborate with frontend and product teams for seamless API integration.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging.
  • Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in backend development.
  • Strong expertise in (TypeScript is a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Proficiency in NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
  • Solid understanding of API development best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services (CloudFormation, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM).
  • Familiarity with Git and Agile workflows.

Good To Have:

  • Knowledge of GraphQL.
  • Experience with caching (Redis).
  • Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes.
  • Exposure to monitoring tools (CloudWatch, ELK).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
