About the Role

We are seeking a talented and creative 
Graphic Designer
 with 2–3 years of experience in the 
FMCG industry
. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing engaging visuals for packaging, branding, and marketing, while also managing and creating content for social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop 
    product packaging
    , labels, and promotional materials tailored to FMCG brands.
  • Create engaging 
    digital and print marketing collateral
     (brochures, posters, flyers, banners, product mockups).
  • Design and schedule 
    social media posts
     (static, carousel, reels, animations) aligned with brand identity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and brand teams to ensure consistent 
    visual identity
     across all platforms.
  • Stay updated with 
    design trends
     in FMCG, retail, and digital media to ensure competitive creativity.
  • Prepare content for 
    campaign launches, seasonal promotions, and product launches
    .
  • Work with external agencies and printers when required for final production.
  • Maintain a strong 
    visual library
     of assets for ongoing marketing needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in 
    Graphic Design / Visual Arts / Media Sciences
     or related field.
  • 2–3 years proven experience
     in Graphic Design (FMCG industry experience preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing FMCG 
    packaging design, branding, and social media work
    .
  • Proficiency in 
    Adobe Creative Suite
     (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Understanding of 
    social media platforms
     (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and their design formats.
  • Ability to 
    manage multiple projects
     and deliver within tight deadlines.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and up to date with 
    market trends and consumer preferences
    .
