Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to design and implement high-performance backend systems and AI infrastructure. You'll work on low-latency online services or intelligent components such as Knowledge Graphs to power our AI products. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy building production-grade systems and working with modern cloud-native technologies. Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain low-latency backend services for AI applications
  • Build and deploy scalable cloud-native systems using AWS services
  • Work closely with AI researchers, data engineers, and product teams to integrate backend systems with AI workflows
  • Ensure code quality, service reliability, and infrastructure observability
  • Contribute to best practices in backend engineering and DevOps
Requirements
  • 8+ years of professional experience in backend or infrastructure engineering
    (Internships and personal projects not included)
  • Strong coding skills in Python or Java
  • Proven experience building high-performance online services
    (sub-millisecond latency preferred; AI-related workloads a plus)
  • Solid understanding of Knowledge Graph technologies, including:
    • Graph databases (e.g., Neo4j, Amazon Neptune)
    • Metadata ontologies
    • Graph-based Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Practical experience with cloud-native services, including:
    • AWS Lambda, S3, ECS, Batch
  • Track record of owning services through development, deployment, and monitorin
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
  • Experience using Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform)
Exposure to cloud-agnostic orchestration using Kubernetes
