As an AI/ML-Ops Engineer, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining our AI platform, ensuring the seamless deployment and operation of AI models. You will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring existing AI models, building demo websites, and adapting custom AI models for deployment. Your deep interest in AI and experience with ML/AI technologies, along with your proficiency in web frameworks like React, will drive innovative solutions that enhance our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Platform Development: Build and maintain our AI platform to support scalable and efficient AI solutions, including API solutions.
• Model Maintenance and Monitoring: Maintain, monitor, and optimize existing AI models to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Web Development: Build demo websites using React or other web frameworks to showcase AI models and solutions.
• Model Deployment: Adapt and deploy custom AI models into production environments, ensuring they meet performance and scalability requirements.
• Project Migration: Replicate and integrate projects from one company to another, ensuring seamless functionality and integration.
• MLFlow Upgrades: Upgrade projects to new versions of MLFlow, managing dependencies and ensuring compatibility.
• Pipeline Optimization: Improve the response time of retrieval pipelines to enhance data processing efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, Gen AI engineers, software engineers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and suggest improvements.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest AI/ML advancements to incorporate new techniques and technologies into our platform.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for systems, processes, and model deployments.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience: 3+ years of experience working with ML/AI technologies in production environments.
• AI/ML Proficiency: Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and AI model deployment.
• Web Frameworks: Experience with React or other web frameworks for building interactive front-end applications.
• Backend Development: Proficiency in Python for backend development and integrating AI models.
• MLFlow Experience: Hands-on experience with MLFlow for tracking and managing machine learning models.
• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• DevOps Skills: Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities with attention to detail.
• Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Deep AI Interest: Demonstrated passion for AI/ML with a keen interest in staying abreast of industry trends.
