About Us:

ENGRID (Pvt) Ltd is a fast-growing solar solutions company, providing smart energy systems to residential and commercial clients. We are looking for a motivated professional who can handle both
telesales leads
and
digital marketing campaigns
to support our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound telesales leads, follow up with prospects, and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
  • Create, run, and monitor digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Generate leads through online channels and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Prepare basic reports on lead conversion and marketing performance.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in telesales or customer sales roles (solar/energy sector preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools & social media campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business/Communication or equivalent (preferred).
