Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Lead Generation & Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation and email marketing, with a track record of creating effective email campaigns and developing strategies to drive qualified leads. This role will identify new leads, nurture existing leads, and optimize email marketing campaigns to improve engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract, capture, and qualify potential leads for our products/services.
  • Conduct research to identify potential leads, leveraging various tools, platforms, and industry networks.
  • Optimize lead funnels and develop lead scoring to improve targeting and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead-generation efforts with business goals.
  • Email Marketing:
  • Plan, create, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, including automated email sequences for lead nurturing, newsletters, and promotional emails.
  • Develop segmented email lists and personalized email content to ensure relevant messaging for different audience groups.
  • Perform A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, and email content to optimize campaign performance.
  • Track and report on email marketing KPIs, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Content Creation & Optimization:
  • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling email copy and visual elements that resonate with our target audience.
  • Ensure all email content aligns with brand guidelines and is optimized for mobile and desktop.
  • Continuously monitor and improve email deliverability, list hygiene, and compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

Qualifications:

  • Hands on experience on Salesforce.
  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, email marketing, or similar role.
  • Proven expertise in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Brevo, or similar) and CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation tools (Apollo, , or SalesQL, etc.) and techniques, with proficiency in analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail, with a creative flair for engaging email content.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of best practices in email marketing, list segmentation, A/B testing, and email deliverability.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar).
  • Familiarity with email analytics tools, data visualization, and reporting.
  • Basic understanding of content marketing to enhance lead generation strategies.
