Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Executive to design, execute, and optimize email campaigns that generate leads, drive engagement, and support overall marketing goals. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, hands-on experience with email automation tools, and a solid understanding of audience segmentation and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns to promote company services and generate leads.
  • Write engaging and persuasive email content, subject lines, and CTAs.
  • Manage and segment email lists for targeted campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions, etc.).
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve email effectiveness.
  • Use email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and business development teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing standards and privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue, etc.).
  • Strong English communication and writing skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on campaign data.
  • Knowledge of email automation, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email design is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
