Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Full GC Estimator to join our team at YODO. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in USA-based commercial construction projects with proven knowledge of take-offs, and PlanSwift. Candidates with architectural drawing understanding will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for USA residential & commercial projects.
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs using PlanSwift.
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
- Maintain organized project documentation and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BSc Civil Engineering preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant estimation experience.
- Proficiency in PlanSwift software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of architectural drawings & take-offs will be a plus.
