We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in digital selling to join our software house. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through digital platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, Clutch, email campaigns, etc.).
  • Pitch software development, digital solutions, and IT services to prospective clients.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, client meetings (virtual/onsite), negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement digital sales campaigns.
  • Maintain CRM records, track sales pipeline, and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Build long-term relationships with international and local clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging digital sales tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in digital/online sales within a software house or IT services company.
  • Strong knowledge of online lead generation and digital sales platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English proficiency is a must).
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
