Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Lahore

Job Description:

We are looking for a HR Generalist to support daily HR-related tasks and general administrative work. The selected candidate will help with recruitment, documentation, attendance records, and general office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the whole recuitment process from job posting to on-boarding
  • Maintain and update all employee files and documentation
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and assist with payroll processing
  • Handle onboarding activities and coordinate with new employees
  • Manage day-to-day office administration tasks
  • Prepare HR and admin reports as required
  • Coordinate directly with all departments to ensure smooth office operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Understanding of HR or office operations
  • Proficiency in MS Office
