About Us: OneSolTech is a leading company dedicated to providing cutting-edge e-commerce solutions. We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Shopify Developer to join our team and lead the development and optimization of our Shopify-based projects.

Job Description:

As a Shopify Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, customization, and maintenance of Shopify stores. You will work closely with our design and marketing teams to implement new features, enhance performance, and ensure the overall success of our e-commerce projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and customization of Shopify themes and templates.
  • Design and implement advanced features and functionalities using Shopify's API.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Shopify stores.
  • Optimize website performance, ensuring fast loading times and a smooth user experience.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to translate designs and business requirements into functional Shopify stores.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and support.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and stakeholders regarding project status and requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in Shopify development.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with the Shopify platform and its ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid (Shopify's templating language).
  • Strong experience with Shopify theme development and customization.
  • Deep understanding of Shopify's API and app ecosystem.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Shopify Plus.
  • Knowledge of responsive design principles.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices for e-commerce.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Familiarity with tools like Shopify CLI and Shopify's Slate.
  • Experience with performance optimization techniques for Shopify stores.
  • Background in project management and client interaction.
