Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and secure funding from corporate donors and high-net-worth individuals through proactive outreach and relationship building
  • Develop and implement tailored fundraising strategies aimed at formal markets, CSR departments, and philanthropic entities.
  • Mobilize and expand existing donor databases by researching and reaching out to new prospects in the corporate sector.
  • Coordinate donor meetings, presentations, and on-site visits to showcase organizational impact and foster trust.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the funding priority of projects available for funding by donors, as well as all Deaf Reach products available.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and impact reports tailored for different donor segments
  • Manage the donor pipeline and ensure timely follow-up, communication, and relationship-building activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in corporate fundraising, donor engagement, or Business Development — preferably within the development sector.
  • Relationship/account management with high profile donors and volunteers, for example, HNIs, industrialists, traders, and other professionals.
  • Proven track record of securing funding from corporate donors and high-net-worth individuals
  • Experience in managing donor databases and leveraging data to mobilize existing and potential supporters.
