Position: Sales Executive

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, etc.).

Experience: 2 years Sales Support Engineer / Pre-Sales Engineer

· Assist with installation, configuration, or implementation.

· Help troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth delivery of solutions.

· Liaise between the engineering, technical team, and sales departments.

· Provide feedback to product teams based on customer input.

· Support sales with technical content (datasheets, manuals, etc.).

· Maintain long-term client relationships.

· Respond to technical queries and provide solutions quickly.

· Support renewal and upsell opportunities through technical insight.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

Technical knowledge Strong communication and presentation abilities. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Understanding of sales processes Solution Architect.
