We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Digital Sales Coordinator to support our growing e-commerce operations. This role involves managing product listings, resolving platform issues, improving the online customer experience, and helping convert digital leads into sales. You will play a key part in driving revenue growth and supporting end-to-end platform performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Listings: Create, update, and maintain accurate and optimized product listings across digital platforms.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and correct listing errors such as pricing inaccuracies, missing images, or incomplete product details.
  • Daily Reporting: Submit daily updates on task progress, ongoing challenges, and key performance highlights.
  • Sales Support: Assist in the conversion of digital leads and contribute to enhancing the online customer journey.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to improve digital workflows and processes.
  • Platform Management: Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms.
  • Website Collaboration: Report website bugs and work with developers on testing and implementing fixes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital sales, e-commerce, or a digital coordination role.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital platforms, online sales tools, and e-commerce systems.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
