Job Description

  • Create SOPs, policies, and process documentation to ensure consistency in marketing operations.
  • Streamline onboarding processes with clear task allocation and role definition.
  • Manage task allocation and keep project management tools updated with statuses, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Maintain records of planned activities, including social media posts, content pieces, and ad campaigns.
  • Coordinate with social media, ads, SEO, creative, content, and merchandising teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Oversee task completion across all marketing functions, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  • Ensure adherence to posting schedules and verify accurate, error-free publishing.
  • Track execution progress and provide regular updates on completed, pending, and delayed tasks.
  • Prepare reports on task performance, highlighting gaps and recommending improvements.
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure balanced workload distribution across team members to maintain productivity and quality.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for operational challenges, taking ownership of issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in digital marketing operations, project management, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, social media platforms, content marketing, and paid media campaigns.
  • Experience with task management and project tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail and ownership mindset.
  • Ability to analyze operational processes and implement improvements.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and performance reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80, Rs120,000.00 per month
