About the Role

AZ Technologies is hiring a Gameplay Engineer with strong expertise in Unreal Engine 5 (UE5). We're

especially interested in candidates who have contributed to AAA or AA console/PC games. This is a full-time, onsite role in Johar Town, Lahore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize gameplay systems within Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5).
  • Work on AI, FPS mechanics, and core gameplay features.
  • Write high-performance C++ code and apply 3D mathematics in gameplay design.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain development standards.
  • Contribute technical maturity and problem-solving skills to complex gameplay challenges.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5).
  • Strong knowledge of gameplay systems (AI, FPS mechanics, optimization).
  • Command of C++ and 3D mathematics.
  • Prior work on AAA or AA console/PC games (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
