Role Overview:

We are looking for a
Full-Stack Developer
who is strong in
CRM architecture
and
app development
. This is a
long-term position
, not a one-off freelance project. You will first build and scale our CRM, then help us launch additional apps (web & mobile) to support our growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop a
    Custom CRM
    (student, teacher, finance, and scheduling modules).
  • Build
    web apps
    ) and later
    mobile apps
    (React Native/Flutter).
  • Create
    APIs
    for integrations (Zoom, Stripe, PayPal, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Ensure
    scalability & security
    (role-based access, GDPR compliance).
  • Collaborate with our operations and admin team for feature updates.
  • Maintain and support the CRM + apps long-term.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with
    CRM development or enterprise systems
    .
  • Proficiency in
    (frontend)
    and
    (backend)
    .
  • Experience with
    databases
    (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
  • Mobile development experience (
    React Native/Flutter
    ).
  • API integrations (Stripe, PayPal, Zoom, WhatsApp API).
  • Strong understanding of
    system design & modular architecture
    .
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in
    EdTech platforms
    .
  • Knowledge of
    analytics dashboards, AI forecasting
    .
  • Familiarity with
    cloud hosting
    (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
