What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage the design team across multiple brand accounts
  • Use project management tools (like ClickUp, Notion, or Trello) to keep work flowing seamlessly
  • Collaborate with strategy, content, and video teams to create impactful campaigns
  • Oversee brand consistency and ensure high-quality design delivery
  • Streamline processes and improve how our creative pipeline runs
  • Balance creativity with deadlines — and motivate the team to deliver their best

What We're Looking For

    Canva
    and creative workflows
  • Obsessed with planning, communication, and smooth execution
  • Strong creative instincts — you understand what good design
