Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Upwork Bidder. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying and bidding on relevant Upwork projects, creating and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and preparing proposals. The role also includes tracking project progress, ensuring continuous engagement, and achieving monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn and freelancing platforms
• Strong client communication and relationship management skills
• Proposal writing, market research, and business development skills
• Ability to understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions
• Proficiency with project management software and tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
