Role Description

This is a commission-based freelance role for an Upwork Bidder at Firmtech. The role is full-time and remote. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying and securing freelance projects on Upwork, writing proposals, and negotiating terms with clients. The candidate will track project progress and ensure client satisfaction while coordinating with internal teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience with Upwork and other freelance platforms and the ability to write compelling proposals
• Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
• Knowledge of software development, digital marketing, and IT consulting services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
