Junior Graphic Designer (Marketing Consultancy Firm)

Location: Gulberg & DHA, Lahore

Salary: PKR 40, ,000 + Performance-based bonuses

Job Type: Full-time | On-site (5 days/week, Morning Shift)

About the Role

We're looking for a talented and motivated Junior Creative Designer to join our design and content team. This is not a trainee role — we're seeking someone with a foundational understanding of visual design and a strong desire to grow into a professional creative or art director role. You should be comfortable using 
Adobe Creative Suite
 and have an eye for detail, aesthetics, and brand consistency.

In this role, you'll support visual content creation for client campaigns, assist in developing creative concepts, and collaborate with both the marketing and design teams. You'll get the opportunity to work directly with clients and senior creatives, gaining hands-on experience in real-world branding and marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities


• Design social media creatives, marketing collateral, and brand visuals


• Assist in video editing and motion content using 
Premiere Pro
 or After Effects


• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign ideas into visual assets


• Edit and retouch photos using 
Photoshop
 and 
Lightroom


• Help maintain brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency across platforms


• Support creative brainstorming sessions and contribute design ideas

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in 
Design, Fine Arts,
or a related field


• 1 year of experience preferred (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply)


• Proficiency in 
Adobe Creative Suite
 (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom; After Effects is a plus)


• Strong visual sense and attention to detail


• Creative, curious, and open to learning new design techniques and tools


• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team setting
