Desol Int. is looking for a creative and motivated UI/UX Designer to join our growing design team This role offers the opportunity to collaborate on exciting projects, bring innovative ideas to life, and make a real impact on user experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Design user-centric interfaces by creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for web and mobile platforms.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
  • Ensure seamless handoff of design assets to developers and provide ongoing support during implementation.
  • Occasionally manage visual content for social media and maintain design portfolios.
  • Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, design tools, and best practices.
  • Maintain and contribute to internal design systems, documentation, and style guides.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in UI/UX design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • A strong design portfolio showcasing your UI/UX expertise across multiple platforms.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A positive attitude, a growth mindset, and a team-oriented approach.
