Job Summary:

A leading manufacturing organization based at Port Qasim is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Associate / Manager – Costing. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in product costing, budgeting, and cost control, along with hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO module implementation. This position requires a proactive finance professional capable of managing cost structures, analyzing variances, and contributing to strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee product and standard costing activities.
  • Conduct inventory valuation, variance analysis, and cost reconciliations.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures.
  • Review Bill of Materials (BOMs) and ensure cost center accuracy.
  • Participate in SAP FI/CO implementation, including pre-implementation analysis, process mapping, and post-go-live support.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • ACMA / ICMA qualified.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Mandatory experience with SAP CO (Costing) module implementation , minimum of 1–2 projects preferred.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing costing processes and cost center management.
  • Hands-on experience in budgeting, variance analysis, and inventory accounting.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
