Position Overview:

Cybernet is seeking a proactive and analytical
Financial & Cost Analyst
to join its dynamic Finance team. The incumbent will be responsible for driving cost efficiency, enhancing financial planning accuracy, and ensuring strong governance through data-driven insights and effective cost management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong analytical capability to evaluate costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrated expertise in tracking, monitoring, and reconciling expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets and financial plans.
  • Proficient in conducting cost analyses, preparing financial forecasts, and developing variance reports to support informed decision-making.
  • Experienced in providing meaningful financial insights and recommendations to enhance strategic and operational performance.
  • Comprehensive understanding of cost management principles and governance frameworks, with the ability to strengthen internal controls and ensure policy compliance.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education:
    ACCA / CMA (Qualified) with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    3–5 years of experience in financial analysis or cost control (preferably within the telecom or related industry).
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with
    SAP
    will be an added advantage.
  • Core Competencies:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to interpret complex financial data and present meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High degree of integrity, accuracy, and accountability in financial reporting.
