Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings.
  • Develop and update CAD drawings, layouts, and construction documents/ working Drawings
  • Create 3D models and produce high-quality renderings for presentations.
  • Assist in design modifications and revisions.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural and structural drafting.
  • Experience in 3D modeling and realistic rendering (Lumion, V-Ray, etc.).
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
