Overview:

Oxford Pathways, a leading educational consultancy committed to helping students achieve their academic and career goals abroad, is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Admission Officer to join its team in Islamabad. The role requires a proactive professional who can manage student admissions efficiently, provide accurate guidance, and ensure a smooth and supportive admission process from inquiry to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle student inquiries, provide detailed information about study programs, admission requirements, and visa procedures.
  • Guide students throughout the application process for international universities, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Review and evaluate student documents to assess eligibility for different academic programs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global university admission policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with partner institutions and internal departments to facilitate admissions.
  • Manage student records, application tracking, and communication through CRM systems.
  • Organize counseling sessions, follow-ups, and events related to student recruitment and admissions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets while maintaining service quality and professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in student counseling, university admissions, or educational consultancy (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or database systems.
  • Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a student-focused mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs80,000.00 per month
