We are hiring a Seles Executive to join our academy. This role requires someone professional, approachable, and target-oriented. You will serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, manage inquiries, guide admissions, and ensure smooth front-desk operations while maintaining proper records and following performance KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors at the reception.
- Manage daily phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
- Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, and admissions.
- Guide prospective students through the admissions process and update CRM records.
- Maintain inquiry and admissions records with proper follow-up.
- Track and report performance against defined KPIs (inquiries, follow-ups, conversions, etc.).
- Resolve concerns efficiently and escalate issues when required.
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, documentation, and filing.
- Ensure the reception area remains well-organized and welcoming.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service/front desk role (preferably in an academic environment).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain records, monitor KPIs, and work in a target-driven role.
- Organized, proactive, and customer-first attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
