Pakistan Commercial IT Recycling LTD Full time 300,000 - 600,000 per year

We are a UK-based same-day courier/logistics company, working with a wide network of trusted transport partners and serving a range of clients across the country. We are now looking for a dedicated and organised individual to support our day-to-day operations from Pakistan.

It is a remote support role, assisting our UK-based operations and admin team with coordination, communication, and job management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to courier quote requests (via email, Calls and internal systems)
  • Help prepare and send delivery quotations, follow up with customers, negotiate rates, and confirm bookings aligned with company goals
  • Manage jobs on our partner platforms
  • Liaise with drivers, track jobs, and update systems accordingly
  • Communicate with customers regarding job progress
  • Assist with invoicing, data entry, and basic admin tasks
  • Support the UK operations team with real-time updates and coordination
  • Support the team in building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Fast learner with a problem-solving mindset
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
  • Comfortable using web-based tools (Gmail, Slack, basic Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Prior experience in logistics, dispatch, operations, or customer service is a plus

Work Schedule:

  • UK working hours: Mon–Fri, 8 AM to 6 PM
  • Full-time remote position (long-term opportunity for the right candidate)
  • Weekend Off
