About the Role

We are looking for an experienced 
Technical Project Manager
 to lead our 
AI development team
, overseeing end-to-end delivery of AI-driven software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, hands-on experience with Agile frameworks, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.

This role demands a balance of technical understanding, strategic planning, and strong team leadership — ensuring successful, timely, and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional AI development teams (developers, data scientists, designers, QA) to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, define project goals, and translate them into clear technical requirements.
  • Drive the adoption and execution of 
    Agile methodologies
     (Scrum, Kanban) to ensure smooth and transparent project delivery.
  • Manage full project lifecycle — from planning and estimation to execution, delivery, and post-deployment review.
  • Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; create mitigation plans and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Maintain consistent, structured communication with clients regarding project progress, milestones, risks, and scope changes.
  • Foster a collaborative, transparent, and accountable team culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure quality assurance practices are embedded into the development process.
  • Support the technical team in decision-making by understanding architectural trade-offs, AI model integration challenges, and technical feasibility.
  • Mentor and coach team members, helping them grow in technical capability and Agile maturity.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve delivery processes, documentation standards, and project management best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
     in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years
     of overall software development experience, with at least 
    2 years in a technical project management or development lead role
    .
  • Strong understanding of 
    AI/ML concepts
    , data workflows, and integration with web or mobile systems.
  • Proven experience managing software projects using 
    Agile frameworks
     (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Hands-on familiarity with 
    project management and collaboration tools
     such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent understanding of 
    software development lifecycles
    , APIs, and modern cloud-based architectures.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Experience working in 
    offshore or distributed team environments
     is preferred.

Preferred Plus

  • Experience managing 
    AI, data science, or machine learning projects
    .
  • Technical background in programming languages such as 
    Python, JavaScript, or Java
    .
  • Understanding of 
    MLOps pipelines
     or AI model lifecycle management.
