Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our remote team. This role focuses on building and maintaining WordPress websites using Elementor, customizing layouts, and ensuring responsive, clean UI/UX execution. The ideal candidate will have strong foundational knowledge of HTML and CSS, experience working inside WordPress, and the ability to follow structured guidelines. PHP and MySQL experience is a plus, but not required.

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, communicative, and can translate design concepts into functional, polished websites, without needing a highly technical or engineering-heavy background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and customize WordPress websites using Elementor and other page builders.
  • Write clean, responsive HTML and CSS for page layouts and website components.
  • Maintain, update, and improve existing WordPress sites.
  • Ensure all websites perform well on mobile and meet usability and accessibility standards.
  • Implement basic SEO-friendly structure (proper headings, tags, clean markup).
  • Collaborate with designers and project managers to turn mockups into functional web pages.
  • Troubleshoot layout issues, plugin conflicts, and basic performance problems.
  • Follow clear instructions, project guidelines, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of HTML and CSS.
  • Experience building websites with WordPress.
  • Proficiency with Elementor (or willingness to learn quickly).
  • Ability to implement responsive web designs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to clean, organized work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to collaborate and adapt to different project requirements.

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

  • Basic familiarity with PHP for simple WordPress tweaks or functions.
  • Basic understanding of MySQL for database-related tasks.
  • Ability to quickly learn new plugins, tools, and workflows.
  • Strong comprehension skills to understand client requirements and turn them into practical solutions.
  • Ability to organize multiple tasks and maintain project clarity.

Employment Type:

Contract / Remote

Shift Timing: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (night shift) with a 1-hour break.
