Job Purpose:

• To manage the end to end project delivery for the ESS and DICT projects/products in the regions and assist in the development and management of an ecosystem supporting the sales of ICT solutions to enterprise customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Service Design and delivery of all ESS and DICT Products and Services.
• Collaborate in forming partnerships with major OEMs and Service Integrators to promote their products.
• Create and manage ICT sales pipelines for regional teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
• Stay updated on the latest technologies, ICT market trends, OEM rankings, and competitive landscape.
• Responsible for overall pre-sales activities in DICT domain.
• Responsible for thoroughly understand the tender documents and RFPs, extract the customer requirements related to DICT, make technical and financial proposals in response to those tenders and RFPs.
• Responsible for getting the quotations from OEM manufacturers with the help of Product Teams and other support teams.
• Responsible for coordination with customers and corporate sales for requirement gathering and consolidation of DICT equipment, services and software etc.
• Responsible for coordination with customers and corporate sales for requirements collection and project delivery
• Coordination with post sales and vendors for troubleshooting Network related complaints including connectivity problems.
• Resolution of Coverage issues in coordination with relevant teams through RAN optimization or IBS (COW/Micro Sites/ Repeaters) deployment at client premises
• Manage feasibilities and Solution designing of VPBX, CBS, PRIs, BVM, DPLC/IPLC, DIA, SDWAN, MPLS etc related products and services
• Corporate Bulk SMS Campaigns Management and associated activities.
• Periodic training of Corporate Sales team on new products and services.
• Coordination with the vendor for project deployment
• Keeping a strict follow-up with all the stakeholders to deliver the project on timely basis
• Following up with vendor, Product teams, Corporate Sales, CBSC, NOMC, FOPs, P&I, NSS, IT and RA teams for timely response to customer requirements, project execution, testing and launching
• Ensure project technical risks are identified and worked upon for mitigation
• Receiving PM/FM TTs, following up with concerned teams for timely resolution
• Ensuring the procurement process is followed for procuring the required material for the ESS products
• Preparation of ESS weekly progress report for management reporting
• Regular FLL Products profitability analysis.
• Receiving the PM/FM TTs, following up with concerned teams for timely resolution
• Escalation on outages and KPI degradations
• Updating FLL & PRI Tracking product trackers
• Resolving complaints of all ESS products according to SLA
• Co-ordination with other departments for complaint resolutions
• Preventive maintenance of installed solution/equipment
• SLA calculation for vendors and clients

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

• In principle must have a minimum of Bachelors Degree

Work Experience:

• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience

• Experience in ICT sales support, preferably with experience selling to government or enterprises.
• Strong grasp of enterprise ICT solutions and technologies.

• Familiarity with procurement and supply chain processes.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and logistics management.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
• Understanding of Pakistani ICT market dynamics, OEM rankings, product suitability for customer needs, OEM pricing strategies, and competitive pricing in the market.
• Knowledge of government laws and limitations affecting ICT sales.
• Awareness of local ICT market margins and competitive pricing strategies. Understanding of Government policies and regulatory compliance.
