Open Learner is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Enrollment Support & Admin Coordinator. This role combines student enrollment support with day-to-day administrative responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for students and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming/outgoing calls, emails, and inquiries from students and parents.
Provide guidance and information about Open Learner's programs and enrollment process.
Maintain accurate student records and assist with admissions documentation.
Support enrollment follow-ups, reminders, and confirmations.
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and filing.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely student onboarding.
Prepare simple reports and updates for management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Comfortable with phone and online communication.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
Customer-service mindset with patience and professionalism.
