Role Overview

We are seeking confident and motivated Telesales Executives / Call Center Representatives to join our growing team in Karachi (DHA Phase 8).

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer communication, sales, and delivering top-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing clients
  • Provide updates, information, and support to customers
  • Resolve inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records and data input
  • Communicate professionally and clearly in both English and Urdu

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication (verbal & written in English/Urdu)
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficient in using computers and CRM systems
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior call center or customer service experience is an advantage
  • Minimum education: High school diploma or bachelor's degree
  • Note: Applicants currently enrolled in any university program are not eligible for this position

Job Details

Timings: 10 AM – 6 PM (Monday – Saturday)

Salary: Up to PKR 80,000 + Commissions

Fresh graduates (not currently enrolled) are encouraged to apply
