  • Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive internal audit plan aligned with business objectives.
  • Assess and monitor risk management frameworks to ensure effective identification and mitigation of risks.
  • Review financial, operational, and compliance processes to safeguard company assets and improve efficiency.
  • Provide independent assurance on the effectiveness of internal controls.
  • Prepare and present audit reports with practical recommendations to senior management and the Audit Committee.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the internal audit team to build strong audit capabilities.
  • Act as a key advisor to management on risk, governance, and assurance matters.

Requirements:

  • Master's / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or Risk Management.
  • Professional qualification preferred: CA, ACCA, CIA, CISA, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in internal audit, risk assurance, or related fields (preferably in wholesale, or distribution sector).
  • Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, risk management practices, and governance standards.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently with high integrity and professionalism.
