B2B Lead Generation Specialist

Location: Garden Town, Lahore (Onsite)

Shift Timing: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM, aligned with US & Canada time zones)

We are looking for an experienced B2B Lead Generation Specialist with 4–5 years of proven experience in generating and qualifying leads for the US & Canadian markets. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in identifying decision-makers, nurturing business relationships, and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and generate qualified B2B leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networking.
  • Focus on building pipelines specifically for the US & Canadian B2B markets, targeting decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Qualify prospects based on company size, industry, budget, and requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with potential clients to create sustainable business opportunities.
  • Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings/appointments with qualified B2B prospects for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead-generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate lead data, activity logs, and progress reports in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly lead-generation KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging B2B opportunities in US & Canadian markets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a Government-recognized University (mandatory).
  • 4–5 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development.
  • Strong background in working with US & Canadian corporate clients.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to engage senior executives.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and lead management tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Target-driven, resilient, and experienced in working under pressure.
  • Strong research, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willing to work in the Night Shift (aligned with US/Canada time zones).
