  • Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Basic handling of Shopify dashboard (orders, products, updates).
  • Provide after-sales support and maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (Urdu & basic English).
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business tools.
  • Basic knowledge of Shopify or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills to keep track of multiple orders.
  • Previous experience in customer support or e-commerce is a plus.
