We are looking for a
Customer Support Executive
to join our growing team. This role involves engaging with customers through
personalised communication
, ensuring they receive the best possible experience with our brand. As our customer base expands, this role will evolve with new opportunities and responsibilities.

Who We're Looking For:


Graduate (Bachelor's degree or higher)
– must have completed studies.


Strong English proficiency
(written & spoken) – ability to communicate effectively with UK-based teams.


Understanding of the eCommerce environment
– previous experience in an online business or awareness of online customer journeys is a plus


Excellent attention to detail
– this role requires accuracy and minimal errors.


Familiarity with Slack and Notion
(or willingness to learn).


Residing in Faisalabad
and available for office-based work.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers using our
Content Management System (CMS)
by sending:

  • Personalised thank-you messages
    after their order.
  • Reassurances of our 24/7 support
    , offering assistance if needed.
  • Maintain a
    high level of accuracy and attention to detail
    in customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with our
    UK-based team
    through
    Slack and Notion
    to ensure smooth operations.
  • Keep track of customer inquiries and provide updates or resolutions as needed.
  • Contribute to improving our
    customer engagement strategies
    as the business grows.
