Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the local real estate market and trends.
- Engage in proactive sales activities to identify and acquire new clients and properties.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the buying or selling process.
- Conduct property viewings, meetings, and negotiations with potential buyers and sellers.
- Prepare and present property listings, contracts, and agreements.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster client loyalty and referrals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Proven track record of successful real estate transactions and satisfied clientele.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market dynamics and the ability to identify market trends.
- Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Flexibility to work outside regular office hours and weekends if necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid real estate license is required.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
- Well-organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
