The BDE will be the primary point of contact for our international freight forwarding partners, especially those within the WCA network. The core mission is to actively generate inbound and outbound shipment business to and from Pakistan by nurturing relationships, managing rates, and ensuring proactive communication.

  • Proactively contact WCA agents daily via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls to solicit and secure freight inquiries and bookings.
  • Provide accurate, competitive, and timely Air and Sea freight quotations (FCL/LCL, Import/Export) to network partners.
  • Follow up aggressively on all quotes to maximize the conversion ratio.
  • Maintain and deepen professional relationships with a target list of active and passive WCA partners globally.
  • Act as the internal advocate for the agent, ensuring smooth handling of their shipments and quick resolution of any issues.
  • Coordinate virtual meetings and participate in network conferences/meetings (if budget allows).
  • Work closely with the Operations, Documentation, and Pricing teams to ensure agents' requirements are met with seamless service delivery.
  • Manage and update the partner database (CRM) with detailed activity logs, quotes, and confirmed business.
  • Track and analyze the performance of key trade lanes and agents to develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on agency sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback.
