What You'll Do


• Running technical experiments using established Python-based scripts and workflows


• Developing and maintaining web applications, internal tools, and prototypes (mostly Python/Flask/Django; some .NET)


• Supporting AI-driven projects, including prompt engineering, API integrations (OpenAI, LangChain), and automation pipelines


• Writing and optimizing scripts for ETL processes, data analysis, and backend workflows


• Collaborating with developers by translating product requirements into technical documentation and tickets


• Testing, debugging, and improving existing applications


• Contributing to deployment, DevOps, and monitoring of backend services (AWS, Docker, etc.)


• Assisting with technical documentation and internal reporting as needed

What We're Looking ForMust-Haves


• Proficiency in Python (Flask, Django, scripting, REST APIs)


• Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD practices


• Ability to read and write technical documentation and communicate with developers


• Comfortable with experiments and automation workflows


• Strong analytical and debugging skills

Nice-to-Haves


• Experience with .NET (Core, ASP.NET, C#)


• Familiarity with AI tools (LangChain, OpenAI APIs, prompt engineering)


• Exposure to AWS, React,


• Background in DevOps, microservices, or data pipeline tools (Airflow, Kafka, etc.)
