About the Role:
We are looking for a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – HR to join our Human Resources team. This role is designed to provide vivid specialized HRM Practices and hands-on exposure across various HRM functions, preparing the trainee for a future career in HR management.

- Full Spectrum of Talent Acquisition Spiral, inclusive of job analysis & description preparation, job advertisement & postings, recruitment & screening tools, and interviews.
- Employee onboarding & orientation, HR Documentation & New Joiner's Orientation.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and contribute to improving workplace culture, as HRBP.
- Taking part in performance management processes and learning & development activities.
- Collaborate with HR team members on HR policy implementation and labour laws compliance.
- Prepare HR-related reports and maintain HR Dashboards.
Qualifications:
- BBA (HRM) & MBA (HRM) from reputed university
- Understanding of HRM Basic Functions
- Prior Internship or Experience in IT Industry is Preferred
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
