The Position

We are seeking an energetic HR/business/commerce graduate to join as a People Engagement Trainee in our Islamabad Office. The role involves supporting employee engagement initiatives and event execution. Exceptional performers may be considered for full-time roles based on organizational needs and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for engagement events.
  • Participate in job fairs and industry conferences, promoting Contour as an Employer of Choice.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence and ability to influence, including addressing groups.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably HR or Marketing.
  • Fresh graduates or those with up to 6 months HR experience.

Job Timings

  • 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM PKT (Monday to Friday).
