A well-known food brand is looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to support brand growth, execute marketing initiatives, and strengthen engagement across both B2B and consumer channels.

Role Overview

  • The Marketing Executive will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing activities that enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about marketing with the ability to manage campaigns, coordinate with teams, and deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Execution

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and on-ground platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Support the creation of marketing collateral, digital content, and promotional assets.
  • Participate in brand activations, events, and promotional activities to enhance brand presence.
  • Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to support data-driven decisions.

Corporate & B2B Support

  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing support material for corporate clients.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with corporate sales initiatives.
  • Maintain and update records of B2B marketing activities, leads, and campaign performance.

Campaign Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports to measure ROI and recommend improvements.
  • Support the marketing manager in planning and managing budgets and timelines.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in food, FMCG, or hospitality.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
