Role Description
-Represent Talentrix at education events, pop-ups, and university/college stalls.
-Conduct
sales calls
to handle inquiries and guide students/parents through the admissions process.
-Interact with walk-in leads at events and convert them into enrollments.
-Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
-Suggest new ideas to improve sales conversions and event presence.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on leads generated from campaigns.
-Track sales performance and report progress to the management team.
Key Qualities & Skills:
- Strong communication and people skills (comfortable talking to students and parents).
- Confidence to engage at stalls, events, and face-to-face interactions.
- Ability to handle sales calls and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and problem-solving attitude.
- Prior sales, admissions, or customer-facing experience is a plus (not mandatory).
- Fresh graduates and energetic individuals are encouraged to apply.
