Role Description

This is an on-site job for a Telesales Representative located in DHA phase 6 Lahore. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients over the phone to promote the company's services and address customer queries. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, building rapport with clients, providing excellent customer support, and achieving sales targets set by the organization. The candidate will also collaborate with the team to refine sales techniques and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively engaging with clients and providing support
  • Experience in Customer Support and Sales to handle inquiries and meet sales objectives
  • Ability to participate in and benefit from ongoing Training to enhance telesales and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, target-driven mindset, and willingness to learn
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Urdu
  • Availability to work on-site in DHA phase 6 Lahore.
