About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident female Telesales Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service to our U.S.-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and present products/services effectively.
  • Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the system.
  • Follow up with prospects to close deals.
  • Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented.
  • Prior experience in tele sales or call center (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to work in a night shift environment.
