We are seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager (CPM) with 7–10 years of proven experience in managing end-to-end clinical trials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of one or more clinical studies, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory and quality standards

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of assigned clinical study/studies from initiation through closeout.
  • Develop study timelines, budgets, and risk management plans.
  • Oversee site selection, study start-up, enrollment, and monitoring activities.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, including Clinical Operations, Data Management, Biostatistics, and Medical Affairs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for study sponsors, CROs, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines, SOPs, and applicable regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate study risks proactively.
  • Manage vendor selection, contract negotiations, and ongoing vendor oversight.
  • Oversee study documentation, trial master file (TMF), and audit readiness.
  • Prepare and deliver progress reports, study metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in clinical research with at least 3–5 years in project management roles.
  • Proven track record of managing Phase I–IV studies (global or regional).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with CROs, sponsors, and multi-functional global teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.) and eClinical systems (EDC, CTMS, eTMF).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with eCOA, EDC, CDR systems, or cognitive testing studies is a plus.
  • Previous experience in therapeutic areas such as CNS, Oncology, or Rare Diseases is preferred.
