iSeeWaves is looking for a passionate Embedded AI Engineer Intern for a 6-weeks hybrid internship based in Islamabad. This role is ideal for those who want to work at the intersection of AI, Machine Learning, and Embedded IoT systems.

You will be working on real-world AI model development using sensor-based data streams, experimenting with signal preprocessing, refining datasets, and integrating lightweight ML pipelines on hardware-level devices.

Responsibilities


• Work on dataset refinement, preprocessing, labeling and data structuring for AI pipelines.


• Build, train, and optimize ML/DL models using Python (PyTorch/TensorFlow).


• Work with embedded IoT boards (ESP32 / microcontrollers) and integrate sensor-driven inference.


• Experiment with efficient AI model deployment approaches for real-time processing.


• Document experiments, performance findings, and model behaviour.

Requirements


• Strong foundation in Python, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning concepts.


• Familiarity with embedded platforms (preferably ESP32 / ESP32-S3).


• Experience with data cleaning, signal processing, or time-series data is a plus.


• Understanding of CNN/LSTM architectures and practical model training workflows.


• Ability to learn fast, explore research, and think experimentally.
